Production Process

Material

The primary material processed is PET bottles, including water bottles, cola bottles, and more.

Main Parts of the PET Washing Recycling Plant

1. Label Separating: Ensures thorough removal of labels.
2. Crushing: Crushes rigid material into small pieces, sized from 1mm to 15mm, as per customer requirements.
3. Cold and Hot Washing: Removes dirt and deeply cleans the flakes using a floating rinsing tank and high-speed friction washer.
4. Caps Separating: Separates caps from the PET bottles.
5. Dehydrator and Drying System: Reduces moisture level of the final PET flakes to below 1%.

Capacity

The PET washing recycling plant has a capacity range from 300kg/h to 3000kg/h.

Process Details

• Crushing: Reduces rigid materials to sizes between 1mm and 15mm.
• Label Separating: Effectively removes labels from the bottles.
• Floating Rinsing Tank: Removes dirt from the flakes.
• High-Speed Friction Washer: Provides a deep clean for the flakes.
• Hot Canned Heat: Removes tough contaminants like grease, oil, and glue.
• Dehydrator and Drying System: Ensures the final PET flakes have a moisture level below 1%.

Final Products

The end product consists of clean and fragmented PET flakes, which can be directly used to manufacture fibers, straps, or further granulated into pellets.
