lowers energy consumption and results in a more compact equipment
design.  

 Cooling for the barrel can be achieved through either a fan or a
circulating soft water system. It is outfitted with an imported
temperature control system and offers PID parameter setting
functionality for precise temperature control.  

 Featuring a vacuum exhaust port and a screw exhaust structure, the
barrel enhances exhaust and devolatilization functions compared to
traditional single-screw extruders. This design amplifies the
capabilities and potential applications of the single-screw
extruder.
