Production Overiew

The LJ SBP series laboratory precise sheet extrusion line features a Lab Precise Single Screw Extruder, a Molding System, a Lab Precise Three Roller Calendar, a Haul-off & Winding Machine, an optional Cutting Machine, and a SIEMENS PLC Touch Screen Control System. It is designed for processing materials such as PMMA, PE, PP, PVC, PS, and PET.

The Lab Precise Three Roller Calendar is designed vertically, with one motor controlling the variable speed of the three rolls. The middle roll is fixed, while the upper and lower rolls can be adjusted up and down. Linear slides with manual press devices allow fine adjustments to ensure precise tape thickness.

This line is suitable for testing and processing a range of materials, including plastics and elastomers. It features automated measurement of melt pressure and temperature during the extrusion process.
