The crystallization-free and drying-free exhaust-type PET sheet unit launched by Nanjing Henglande has the advantages of low energy consumption and high efficiency. The screw adopts special mixing function and high-speed capability
design to ensure that the plastic melts, the color is uniform and
the extrusion volume is increased. The hanger-type die head adopts
a special double throttling design to make the thickness adjustment
of the plate more accurate. Temperature control ±1℃ can accurately
control the plasticization process and the thickness and flatness
of the plate. The three-roller water press adopts horizontal
vertical or 45° tilting type, and can be freely raised and lowered
to provide more options in the operation of thick and thin plates
and improve the quality of the plate. The thickness control of the
plate adopts screw adjustment and hydraulic pressure wheel two-way
adjustment to accurately control the thickness of the plate. The
independently controlled roller temperature control system can
accurately control the temperature of the pressure roller to make
the thickness of the plate uniform. The length and quantity of the
slicer plate are accurate. The winding table device adopts a
high-level torque motor, which can adjust the speed and winding
tension at will to achieve the purpose of flat winding of thin
plates. With the slitting device, the required product width can be
freely set. The machine is equipped with an automatic meter to set
the product length.
