PP PE Pellets and 80% CaCO3 High Filler Masterbatch Granules Making Machine Twin Screw Extruder for Plastic Pellet
Designed to handle 80% CaCO3 highly filled masterbatch, this twin-screw extruder is capable of efficiently mixing and extruding plastic formulations containing a high percentage of fillers. It provides superior filler handling compared to conventional equipment, ensuring homogeneity and stability of the masterbatch particles.
Compatible with common plastic materials such as PP (polypropylene)
and PE (polyethylene), the machine is capable of maintaining
excellent processing performance under high throughput conditions.
Its optimized screw design and heating system ensure uniform mixing
and efficient extrusion of these materials for a wide range of
plastic pellet production needs.
