Product Description
W6Mo5Cr4V2 alloy twin-screw extruder components deliver unmatched
durability for high-temperature engineering plastics. Engineered
with vacuum gradient heat treatment (HRC67-69 hardness) and
laser-cladded titanium carbide coating (0.3mm thickness), these
screws achieve 45% higher wear resistance than conventional H13
steel, ensuring stable processing of PEEK, PPS, and PEI at 600°C+
for 8,000+ hours. The helical self-cleaning design eliminates
material buildup, reducing downtime by 30% in carbon fiber-PEEK
compounding.
